Third cohort successfully completed its training on CNC milling and turning machines
A total of 24 men and three women, all vocational school teachers, have now completed a 10-day practical training course on CNC lathes and milling machines, split into three cohorts from 12 vocational schools. A further five training courses for 45 teachers are planned between now and mid-2026. In addition, three-day practical training courses on CNC machines are planned at each of the participating TVETs to ensure that the knowledge gained by the teachers is implemented on site.
The project is financially supported by the Wilfried & Martha Ensinger Foundation in Germany, as well as by GIZ Kenya, which receives funding from Germany and Finland.
