With over 17 years of professional experience in vocational training and employment promotion, Klaus is a technical expert and Director at INDEVO LIMITED in Kenya. He manages projects to create employment opportunities, particularly for youth and women, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He has extensive experience in management and development consulting, project implementation and leadership on several continents.

His leadership roles in various organisations, including TÜV Rheinland Vietnam Co., Ltd. and the Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise (ECAE), highlight his ability to navigate complex business landscapes and foster fruitful partnerships. 

His career has also included significant contributions to international development projects, most notably projects funded by the German International Cooperation (GIZ), where he served as team leader for vocational training initiatives in Zambia, Kenya and Ethiopia.
